Cricket Victoria, supported by School Sport Victoria (SSV), has launched the Year 7 and 8 Girls Leadership Program for 2017.
After the success of the Girls Leadership Forum in 2016, Cricket Victoria will be again be running this interactive online learning program.
The program has been developed by Matti Clements, Director of Mental Edge Consulting - an organisation that specialises in team and organisational culture, wellbeing, performance enhancement, professional development services and support systems for high performance sporting organisations.
The program is made up of six 20 minute modules and includes the following topics:
1. Your Leadership Spirit
2. Ignite Your Can Do
3. Stand Strong
4. Stepping Up for Yourself and Others
5. Your Resilience Superpower
6. Reach for the Stars
Schools may nominate an unlimited number of year 7 and 8 girls from their school for the online interactive program. The online modules open on Monday 21 August 2017.

Girls Leadership Forum 2017
There will be a forum held on Monday 27 November 2017 at Melbourne Girls College, Richmond. The forum will bring together the learnings from the online modules. Due to limited spaces, the numbers of girls that can be nominated to attend by schools will be capped.
