CV toasts winners at State and Media Awards

The Victorian cricket community toasted this year's winners at the Cricket Victoria State and Media Awards ceremony held at Aerial in South Wharf on Friday.

The night represents a highlight on the events calendar as Cricket Victoria celebrates significant contributions from across Victorian cricket.

GENERAL AWARD WINNERS:

Bill Lawry Medal (for the player judged to have had the best performances for Victoria over the course of the Sheffield Shield season)
Winner: Jon Holland

Dean Jones Medal (for the player judged to have had the best performances for Victoria during the Matador BBQs One-Day Cup tournament)
Winner: Cameron White

Sharon Tredrea Award (for the player judged to have had the best performances for Victoria during the Women’s National Cricket League season (WNCL))
Winner: Meg Lanning

John Scholes Award (voted for by the Bushrangers players for the player judged to best exhibit Victorian values)
Winner: Cameron White
