Vic squads announced for Twenty20 double header
Victorian selectors today announced the VB Bushrangers squad for tomorrow's important match against WA in the KFC Twenty20 Big Bash at the MCG.
All-rounder John Hastings and opener Chris Rogers have been included alongside Andrew McDonald in the squad of 13. Clint McKay and Matthew Wade have been omitted from the 12 which lost to Queensland on Sunday. A decision on McDonald will be made following the completion of the 3 Mobile Test in Sydney.
The undefeated VicSpirit will also take on a team from WA - the Western Fury - in the first match of the double header, from 3.15pm. The VB Bushrangers meet the RetraVision Warriors at 6.45pm.
Tickets are available at the gate - Adults $10, Children $5, Families $15.
Fox Sports will show the live coverage of the Bushrangers v Warriors game, ABC and SEN 1116 will broadcast the match on radio, with live scores from both clashes being available on http://www.cricket.com.au/ .
The women's Twenty20 match kicks off an action-packed sequence of matches over four days. The Spirit and Fury again face off on Friday and Saturday at the Junction Oval - this time in two WNCL clashes.
The blockbuster KFC Twenty20 International takes place on Sunday at the MCG and fans are urged to pre-purchase tickets through Ticketmaster to avoid delays.
