The Surrey Hills Cricket Club is seeking a Coach (playing or non-playing) for Season 2024/25. The coach will be responsible for the planning and implementation of relevant training programs for the senior club, as well mentoring senior leaders and supporting the Match Committee.
Surrey Hills is an established community cricket club competing in the ECA. We are located at Surrey Park, and currently field four Senior Men’s teams, a Sunday turf team, six junior teams, and a Junior Blast Program.

Key Selection Criteria
- Leadership – Proven leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Communication – have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with players.
- Planning – Highly organised, with experience in developing and implementing effective training programs and sessions, and game strategies.
- Coaching experience – Level 1 Cricket Coaching Accreditation, proven record and passion for developing talent, and committed to fostering and promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
