Information

North Dandenong play in the Turf 1 (First Grade) of the Dandenong DCA.
We seek an experienced and enthusiastic Club Coach with the ability to unite, lead and teach a keen & talented group of players of varied cultural backgrounds and abilities.
We currently have 5 senior (2 x Sat turf & syntho,1 x Sun turf), and 4 junior teams plus WWCB. Including U16s premiers & expected junior growth.
Applications for player Captain/Coach would most definitely be considered.

We are a family friendly, multi-cultural community club.
Remuneration negotiable.

 

Key Selection Criteria

  • High quality communication skills to a diverse cultural group
  • Oversee Junior program and player development
  • Coordinate team selection with team captains
  • Ability to be punctual and set acceptable standards for the playing group
  • Ability to engage with whole club, members & supporters
  • Coordinate Tues/Thurs training sessions & create invigorating & interesting skill development sessions
  • Strong leadership and player management ability
