All Abilities Cricket

Cricket Victoria and South East Special Schools Sports Association host successful T20 Blast day

The day started with a range of skill rotations for students to learn the basic skills of cricket in a fun and fast paced environment. Following a lunch break, the schools then used their skills and played against each other in a set of modified games for the afternoon.

The day proved there are no limitations for kids with a disability to get involved and play cricket with a broad range of abilities, further highlighting cricket as a sport for all.

Special thanks go to all 13 schools and 140 students involved on the day!

For more details on how to get your school involved in cricket or more information on the all abilities clubs in your area, please contact Cricket Victoria Inclusion Officer Bethany Murphy – bmurphy@cricketvictoria.com.au
