Bartercard Bush Bash hits country Victoria

Eight Australian players, including Aaron Finch, Cameron White and James Pattinson, will represent their Premier sides in a 50-over fixture.

In Swan Hill, Commonwealth Bank Bushrangers White, Clint McKay, Daniel Christian, Louis Cameron and Aaron Ayre will clash as Monash Tigers and Essendon meet.

James Pattinson’s Dandenong will face off in Morwell against a Melbourne side featuring Seb Gotch, Alexander Keath and Chris Tremain.

Cricket fans in Ballarat will be in for a treat with Finch leading Geelong against a Frankston Peninsula line-up that features Victorian bowlers Ben Ashkenazi, Scott Boland and Jon Holland.

St Kilda will boast a strong outfit, led by Peter Handscomb and James Muirhead, in their fixture against Camberwell Magpies in Wangaratta.

Bendigo will play host to reigning premiers Footscray-Edgewater as they meet Carlton with Jake Haberfield, John Hastings and Ryan Sidebottom on show.

The clash between Melbourne University and Northcote in Port Fairy will feature state representatives Marcus Stoinis, Matt Short and Fawad Ahmed.

In Maryborough, Fitzroy Doncaster will look to continue their unbeaten run against Ringwood.

Casey-South Melbourne will take on Greenvale Kangaroos in Benalla, while Hawthorn-Monash University and Prahran will meet at Warrion.

All Bartercard Bush Bash fixtures begin at 11am on Saturday, October 25.
