The team will be looking to improve on last year’s team that won two out of their five matches.
Three members of that side – Tess Flintoff, Stella Reid and Ruth Roberts – have been selected in the squad while Arnika McGregor, who played in the Invitational Team last year, has also been included in the Victorian team.
Flintoff impressed in the final game of the tournament last year when she struck a run-a-ball 29 against the reigning champions New South Wales.
The tournament begins on January 8.
