Established in 1889, Greensborough Cricket Club is one of the oldest cricket clubs, currently playing in our 136th season, fielding 6 x Senior Mens sides, 1 x Senior Womens side (Lorraine Ireland Shield) and 7 x Junior Boys sides plus 3 Junior Girls) in the DVCA. We also run the CA Junior & Master Blasters Programmes.

The Club is seeking applications for Senior Men’s Coach (playing desired), two season appointment preferred.
The Club is located at CT Barling Reserve, Plenty Rd, Reservoir. The 1st XI competes in the A Grade/Jika Shield. Also a Women’s team.
Position Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination of training sessions, including pre-season
- Develop fitness and skill development program for players to track their progress
- Articulate drills so players are able to train independently
- Set and achieve goals with the senior playing groups
- Provide instruction and feedback to individuals where required
- Willingness to embrace and develop the club’s on-and-off-field culture including attendance to club functions
- Knowledge of Cricket - technical and tactical
- Available for training (Tuesdays & Thursdays) and game day (Saturdays)
- Minimum coaching accreditation: Level 1 Community Coach
- Strong communication and people skills with an ability to engage people of varying ages, cultures and cricket experience
