St Brigids St Louis Cricket Club is a strong successful senior and junior club in southern metropolitan Melbourne and seeks a playing coach for the 2024/25 season. In this exciting opportunity the playing coach will bring leadership and experience and be responsible for the planning, implementation and driving of a senior training program as well as fostering a positive and inclusive club culture.
Key Selection Criteria
- Strong leadership ability to drive training program.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment and investment to coach and develop playing group.
- Strong technical knowledge of the game.
- Nurturing of junior to senior pathway.
- Senior coaching experience preferred but may suit an experienced cricketer seeking to step into a playing coaching role.
